The Iemca high-pressure coolant unit is designed to integrate perfectly with the bar feeder.
Single operator panel. The bar feeder panel includes a dedicated section for monitoring the high-pressure coolant unit's activity status.
Reduced footprint. The high-pressure coolant unit is compact and perfectly sized for installation under the bar feeder. The space occupied is minimized and the layout of cables and pipes is neat, thanks to the cable tray on the back of the bar feeder.
Customizable configuration. It is possible to choose the technical characteristics based on the production process, the type of machining, and specific needs.
Activity status and energy consumption monitoring
The Iemca bar feeder operator panel includes a dedicated section for monitoring the high-pressure coolant unit's activity status.
Advanced monitoring of machine status. Constant and real-time monitoring of the high-pressure coolant system's activity status. Key parameters such as the coolant liquid temperature are kept under control.
Machine alarm monitoring. Alert system in case of machine alarm for a prompt corrective intervention. The need to replace or clean filters is also notified.
Reduced energy consumption. Iemca provides an energy consumption control kit for calculating the absorption.
High-pressure system for applications with a low level of fluid contamination. It installs under the Iemca bar feeder and is operated from its control panel.
