Features of IEMCA high-pressure systems

The design of IEMCA high-pressure systems for lubricants and coolants has been developed along four main lines: control and reduction of energy consumption, perfect integration with the bar feeder bars, simplified maintenance, and maximum flexibility.

In particular, IEMCA has focused on developing solutions geared towards energy savings and reducing environmental impact. The company has paid particular attention to Industry 5.0 requirements, focusing on the introduction of advanced and sustainable technologies that not only improve operational efficiency but also promote greener and more responsible production. Sustainability and energy savings towards Industry 5.0

The IEMCA high-pressure unit is a low-energy product, designed to optimize operation and reduce waste. Specifically, the Blue Line 100 high-pressure system uses a variable-displacement pump, which pressurizes—and therefore heats—only the amount of oil strictly necessary for the lathe during machining.

This allows for a reduction in consumption by at least 50% compared to a traditional control unit, avoiding energy waste when heating or cooling the coolant. The IEMCA high-pressure unit is also equipped with a consumption control kit that can be consulted on the bar feeder operator panel to monitor the current consumption calculation.

IEMCA is also finalizing new solutions to further increase energy savings through alternative high-pressure unit configurations that are flexible and customized based on the customer's individual production needs.
