HIGH-PRESSURE SYSTEMS DESIGNED FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY AND USABILITY
The IEMCA high-pressure unit was designed to meet and meet the needs of end users, through the use of high-quality components and advanced technologies.
The main objective is to maximize the productivity and profitability of the installation through the use of high-pressure lubrication and cooling for sliding headstock turning operations, taking into account the needs of the operator who works on the machine daily, such as saving time, simplifying maintenance operations, and functional and optimal organization of the work area.
IEMCA high-pressure systems are therefore designed based on four key principles: perfect integration with the bar feeder, simplified maintenance, maximum flexibility, and control and reduction of energy consumption.
Perfect integration with the bar feeder
Perfect integration with the bar feeder is one of the key principles in the design of the high-pressure system. The plug & IEMCA’s play is compact and perfectly sized for installation under the loader, and provides for a tidy layout of pipes and cables. The compact dimensions and optimized management of workshop space ensure a cleaner, more organized, and functional work area.
The integrated approach extends to the control and monitoring of the high-pressure unit's operating status through a dedicated section on the bar loader's operator panel, for greater simplicity and ease of use.

Simplified Maintenance
Maximum attention has been paid to maintenance aspects, with the aim of optimizing operation to facilitate and minimize interventions operator. This translates into a drastic reduction in interruptions and downtime, benefiting efficiency and profitability.
The IEMCA high-pressure unit uses cartridge filters characterized by a large filter surface area, considerable durability, and easy replacement. The longevity of the system is improved, while the frequency and effort required for maintenance are reduced.

The control unit is fully sensorized and autonomously monitors the status of the filters, notifying you on the operator panel screen when cleaning or replacement operations are necessary. This eliminates the need for manual checks and prevents unexpected failures, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
The system is also equipped with a large tank for collecting the filtered and clean coolant, ready to be reintroduced into the high-pressure circuit. Thanks to the clean tank, maintenance and cleaning operations required by the operator are further reduced.
Maximum Flexibility
The clean tank integrated into the high-pressure unit offers numerous advantages, including the constant availability of filtered fluid. IEMCA has taken the system's flexibility to its maximum expression: the coolant is kept constantly under pressure inside the power unit, ready to be recirculated and immediately used when required by the work cycle. This way, long waits and energy waste are avoided.
Furthermore, output pressures can be varied based on the specific needs of each lathe tool to ensure maximum adaptability.
The IEMCA high pressure system has been well received by the market, as demonstrated by the numerous installations in Italy and around the world. The unit can be installed in combination with all IEMCA bar feeders for sliding headstock lathes: the Elite and Boss ranges, and the Smart 320 model.
This is just the beginning for IEMCA: the range of high pressure systems is constantly evolving and expanding. Not only are we working to further reduce and optimize energy consumption, but we are also developing ad hoc products for filtering fluids with varying degrees of impurity, to meet every processing need.
