THE LONG HISTORY OF IEMCA IN ASIA
IEMCA, worldwide leader in the production of automatic bar feeders for any type of turning center, has been present in Asia since 1996, when the GIMCO production plant was opened in Taiwan. In 1999 IGM Nippon was born - the branch office especially dedicated to customers and machine tool manufacturers in Japan. In 2015 Bi-tech was founded, the production plant situated in Suzhou - China.
As of today IEMCA can claim a widespread presence throughout the entire Asian continent, thanks to the joint efforts of its branch offices - right now there are 9 of them, continuously increasing in number - and thanks to the numerous partnerships and close collaborations with key players in the Asian turning and metalworking sector.
IEMCA sales and service network in China includes the main branch in Suzhou and offices in the urban areas of Beijing, Ningbo, Xiamen and Dongguan. In addition to these, there are the renowned branch companies IGM Nippon in Japan - Kanagawa prefecture - and GIMCO in Taiwan, the latter one spread across the country, between Taipei, Taichung and Tainan. Established commercial partners are situated in South Korea, India and Thailand.

It includes automatic bar feeders for single-spindle lathes with fixed and sliding headstocks, for bars up to 6 meters long, diameters between 0.3 mm and 100 mm and beyond, as well as solutions for every kind of multi-spindle lathe.

CHINA
TURVO is a metalworking company situated in China, Taiwan and Thailand. In TURVO Chinese branch office Star and Tsugami single-spindle turning centers are employed to work parts shaped in a complex way, with the help of IEMCA Super 326 and Boss 542 bar feeders. IEMCA sales and service network in China is continuosly growing: as of today it includes Bi-Tech subsidiary, headquartered in Suzhou, that has been active since 2005, together with offices situated in the urban areas of Beijing, Ningbo, Xiamen and Dongguan.
JAPAN
Japanese company ONDA works shaped bars and big diameter tubes with Citizen Miyano and DMG Mori fixed headstock single-spindle lathes. IEMCA Boss 542 and Master 880 bar feeders work side by side with the turning centers and let them reach the maximum turning speed available in any configuration. IEMCA subsidiary - IGM Nippon - situated in Kanagawa prefecture, is dedicated to satisfy all needs of customers and machine tool manufacturers in Japan.
THAILAND
CHEUNG SHING Precision Industry works small and medium diameter bars with IEMCA Steady 320 bar feeders, installed on swiss-type single-spindle Star SB-20J Type E lathes. IEMCA has also been serving the Thai market, thanks to dedicated staff and the support of its Chinese and Taiwanese subsidiaries.
SOUTH KOREA
South Korean MOORYONG company relies on swiss-type CNC automatic lathes Hanwha XD16J, Nexturn SA20P II, Nomura NN20UB8. They work together with IEMCA Super 326 bar feeders, especially designed to work small and medium diameter bars on mobile headstock lathes. IEMCA official dealer in South Korea is U-Han Trading, situated in Seoul, which is taking care also of after-sales and customer assistance.
