Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 aims to ensure that the processing of your personal data will be done in the respect of human rights, the fundamental freedoms and the dignity of people, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity. Therefore, it is the duty of "Bucci Automations S.p.A." to inform you about our privacy policy

1. HOLDER OF THE PROCESS, RESPONSIBLES AND OFFICERS

1.1 The holder of the treatment is the Bucci Automations S.p.A. (The "Owner") in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, with headquarters in Via Granarolo 167.

1.2 This document describes to users the rules for the management of treatment and also constitutes an instructive provided pursuant to section. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, regarding Personal Data Protection Code (the "Code"). We inform you that the personal data you provide during the registration to the Service, or otherwise acquired in the activity we perform, may be processed for purposes related to the provision of that service. After registration, pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003 we could send you communication connected to similar services to those provided and you may object to such send of e-mail at any time.

1.3 The hold of the treatment uses external data processors to achieve the purposes specified at 5.1 (technical purposes related to service delivery) and 5.2 (commercial purposes) and to request the complete list, you simply have to send an email to the e-mail address dedicated, which you can find at point 6.1.

1.4 The holder of the treatment has appointed his own employees and collaborators, in charge of the treatment.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESS

2.1 There follows specific aims and modalities of processing of clients’ data:

a. Purchase Order: The Holder collects and processes personal data of the customer for the collection and execution of purchase orders, for any inquiry, subsequent the acquisition and to provide to the Customer the services available.

These datas are necessary for the management of purchase orders, also with business partners (for example providers of logistics services, couriers, banks, etc.).

It is advisable to enter a delivery address and a correct phone number, in order to give a purchase order and allow the holder to give you, prompt and proper execution.

A phone number is also necessary in order to allow the holder to contact the customer for any questions or requests of clarification and to allow trading partners of the holder to give prompt and proper execution to purchase orders of the Customer. The e-mail address is ultimately necessary to the holder, in order to communicate to the Customer, the confirmation of receipt of purchase, for other possible communications. The e-mail address is eventually used at the time of identification of the customer to allow him to access to his account.

b. Restricted area where present - Login Customer: the customer's personal data and those related to your purchase orders are stored in the holder's system, but will not be freely accessible for safety reasons. The Owner guarantees to each customer, an access to a restricted area via a secure password.

In this area, the customer can inspect all the data regarding the purchase orders executed and those in progress and can also manage his personal data and those related to the subscription to the newsletter service. The customer is obliged to treat in a responsible manner and in the respect of the current regulations regarding the access to data and not to disclose them to third parties. The Holder will not be in any way responsible for improper use or misuse of the passwords by the customer.

c. Advertising: The holder uses customers’ data for promotional purposes, for sending information about the items offered through the site www.iemca.com. The email address of the customer will be used only within the limits prescribed by the law or, where appropriate, after the release of an express consensus by the Customer. The customer will regularly receive by e-mail, advice on purchases. You can stop sending these free promotional messages, asking it by e-mail to iemca.it@bucci-industries.com or by calling the free number +39 0546 698000 or, again, by clicking on the "if you do not want to receive this newsletter, click here "in every promotional e-mails.

d. Subscription to the newsletter where present: in the periodic newsletter the customer will find from time to time information on best offers. The holder invites the customer to enter also in the settings of the newsletter, his own personal data (for example, your name), so that the holder can personally contact the customer. Of course the customer can contact the holder anonymously or with a pseudonym (for example, using a free e-mail address that does not reveal its name).

2.2 Your data will be used, if it is provided explicit authorization by the option "authorization to use for commercial purposes", to send information and commercial offers, also by third parties to which it will be possible for the holder to communicate personal information you provide.

3. METHOD OF THE PROCESS

3.1 The data collected by the people specified in paragraph 1, according to Functional the indications of the Code, with Particular Regard to the minimum security measures provided (Arts. 33-34) Regarding their treatment by computer tools (Art. 35), manuals and automated with logics strictly related to the purposes indicated above and anyway to ensure the security and the confidentiality of the data.

4. OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA

5. CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE WHO MAY BE DISCLOSED PERSONAL DATA

5.1 The data collected for the service delivery purposes (section 2.1) may be disclosed to companies that perform functions strictly linked to the Service, for example the courier companies involved in logistics and Netech Srl, with registered office at Longarone (Bl), ZI Villanova, n. 14, for the management of the website and the company database.

5.2 The data collected for commercial purposes (section 2.2) may be transferred to third parties for the sale or attempted sale, or for all purposes to commercial and / or statistical nature. The list of subjects to whom your personal data have been transferred to the Holder may be required through the use of e-mail that is in 6.1.

6. RIGHTS OF PERSON CONCERNED

6.1 We remind you that, at any time, you preserve the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you and their communication in intelligible form. Users have the right to obtain information:

  • Confirmation that the operations mentioned above have been notified, also as regarding their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where such compliance is impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

Please note that you have the right to object, in whole or in part for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, pertinent to the purpose of collection.
