IEMCA has developed various design methodologies, in order to achieve targets of production excellence for its bar feeders.
We mention a few:
- Structural and vibrational analysis of stress, strain, stiffness and fatigue behavior through the use of advanced software systems such as the combination between CAD and FEM (Finite Element Analysis)
- Experimental tests and measurements with embedded control (force transducer, piezoelectric accelerometers, etc.) based on DOE methodologies (Design of Experiments)
- Use of protocols FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and FMECA (Failure, Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis)
