IEMCA CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer satisfaction has always been the main priority of IEMCA.
In the last few years IEMCA has established a group of services to provide better support of the IEMCA bar feeders.

To guarantee efficient use, and optimized performance of the 50,000 IEMCA bar feeders in the market today, IEMCA has created four services with the goal of providing the highest level of customer support in the machine tool world.

STC - After Sales Service
A team of 20 people are trained to give advice and technical support about any kind of problem affecting the IEMCA bar feeders. If necessary, we can provide a qualified engineer at your premises.

A Service Center network is operating in several countries to support the installation and use of all IEMCA bar feeders.
GPA - Spare Parts and Accessories Service
The GPA is a business unit recently created by IEMCA, with the goal of processing spare part orders and accessories for all IEMCA models rapidly. With customer priority being number one, urgent requests of most stock part numbers can be completed within 24/48 hours.
ECCO - E-Customer Care Online
IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO IEMCA SERVICE AND INFORMATION WHEREVER YOU WANT! WHENEVER YOU WANT!

The ECCO system (IEMCA trademark) allows Customers, Suppliers, Business Partners to safely have access to information and services within the IEMCA organization:
- Check order status
- Purchase components and spare parts online
- Download drawings and manuals
- Review FAQ
- Monitor IEMCA's supplier satisfaction

The ECCO Web Portal is available for authorised users to log in through Password and User ID.
TRAINING CENTER
The training center, now operating for 5 years, provides all of the IEMCA know-how to the IEMCA technical service centers, sales people and customers.
The training center's function is to organize and implement training material which will bring up-to-date both customer technicians and service technicians world-wide. Using new models and modern teaching methods set up by IEMCA engineers, we train and prepare technical literature for every single bar feeder produced.
