Utilized on multispindle lathes with 5-6-8 spindles. The unit is connected to the stock reel at the rear of the lathe. This model simplistic mechanical design and construction criteria enhance lathe flexibility & ensure high operating reliability and minimum maintenance.
Main features:
- bar diameter capacity from 4 to 52 mm
- the double bar pusher system allows the bar feeder to be at the minimum required length
- easy to operate hand-held digital pushbutton pendant control
- functions PLC-controlled
- Mod. P : rack magazine system; bars are loaded on 4 racks one on top of the other with a total linear space of 1800 mm. (cap.45 bars with 40 mm diameter)
- Mod. F : bundle type magazine has an excellent feed range (up to 2500 kg of material) guaranteed by the extremely reliable selector of the bundle magazine. Bars are placed automatically from the holding belt into the feeder when required.
