Bar feeder MASTER 880 MP-E (single rack magazine version) has been designed for maximum flexibility and can rapidly switch between different bar diameters requiring little operator's service. It is therefore an ideal bar feeder for those lathes the machining operations of which vary frequently during the course of the day.
MASTER 880 MP-E can be configured to match all lathes placed on the market and ensures quality performances.
Features:
- Bar diameter range 8 mm to 80 mm
- Bar introduction/extraction clamps are self-centring when clamping the bar and no operator assistance is needed when changing bar size
- The guide channel is completely closed during the machining phase; the oil pressure inside the guide channel generates a hydrodynamic support allowing the bar to rotate at high speed, causing neither vibration nor damage to the surface
- The lubrication system has been improved thanks to the use of a centrifugal pump and to the removal of the oil filter
- Thanks to the front bushing holder, the two front half-bushings can be rapidly removed when changing machining diameters (less than 30 secs)
- Remnant fall highest reliability
- Double bar pusher reducing considerably bar feeder length
- The brushless motor is now more accessible for control and maintenance
- PLC integrated within the electrical panel to allow dialogue with the lathe control panel
- Single rack magazine provided with a rapid selection device for machining bar diameters
