Maxis is a multitube bar feeder with manual recharge hydrodynamic suspension.
Its main features are:
- vibration and noise minimization, in particular during square and hexagonal bar rotation.
- the bar feeding is due to the oil pressure acting on the piston at the end of the bar pusher rod. Oil provides for the rotating bar lubrication, cooling and hydrodynamic support.
- performance improving in particular as far as the time necessary for the machining change is concerned. Bar feeders Maxis are particularly recommended for the machining of small piece series with frequent changes of the bar to be machined diameter.
- it has a monolithic and robust structure to obtain the max. noiselessness and working stability.
- the bar feeder is composed of a bundle of 5-6 bar guide hoses having different diameters where the bar pusher pistons move to support the bar while rotating and make it feed
during the machining phase. When feeding is over, the bar pusher automatically returns in its starting position at the bottom of the bar guide hose and stops waiting for the new bar to be manually loaded.
- the standard execution is with the swing to the left; the right swing version can be executed on demand.
- the thrust pressure and the feeding speed adjustment are obtained by the valves placed inside the front base.
- the bar feeder is equipped with a separate push-button panel through which functions can be controlled.
