Master 880 Verso is the ideal bar feeder if you have to work medium to large size batches, or if you want to achieve the best performances on every job, also if machining hexagonal or square bars, but not loosing flexibility during the changeover.

The Master 880 Verso is so versatile to offer in each moment one of the following barfeeder working modes:

• To machine a wide range of bar diameters inside the same guide channel configuration

• To guide each bar at best thanks to the snap-in polyurethane guides

The Master Verso is able to load bars up to 102 mm.

CHANGEOVER
The bar feeder changeover requires 2 minutes. In case the Master 880 Verso should be reconfigured for a different bar range, changing the guide channel, this requires just 8 minutes.

FRONT BUSH
The front bush accurately guides the bar between the feeder and the lathe, eliminating all vibration. The time needed to replace the two half-bushes is less than 30 seconds.

AXIAL SHIFTING DEVICE
The bar feeder is equipped with the axial shifting device allowing a quick access to the lathe.

SNAP-IN GUIDES
The round section guide channels are fully closed and lubricated and can be completed replaced without tools in less than 2 minutes.
