The main features are:
- reduced size (double bar pusher)
- single first feeding carriage for all diameters
- electronically-controlled DC motor
- a new type of remnant removal clamps, which may be placed in three different positions depending on bar pusher length; they are easily accessible from above the bar feeder for rapid adjustment; adjustment is performed by means of two screws
- now, possible bar pusher lengths are three (N - L - LL) (in the previous CH only N-L), and maximum bar pusher extension has increased by 120 mm
- easy to operate hand-held digital pushbutton pendant control
- the bar pusher is contained in a tube fixed to the upper wall part of the back guide. The internal diameter of the tube varies depending on the bar pusher it contains, while its external diameter remains unchanged. This innovation eliminates the need to ever replace the bar feeder's back guide. It will be enough to replace the tube and the relevant bar pusher
- bushing with variable diameter, adjustable according to the bar diameter to be machined without replacing parts
- the bar feeder is pre-set to be equipped with the operator side and bar loading from the right or left hand side
